Items cannot be deleted in a C4C Service Ticket

Service ticket is already released in S4 from C4C, we're trying to release the other items as well but unable to because of an obsolete material. I'm trying to delete the same items but it won't be deleted and getting an error The item can't be deleted as its Work Progress is no longer Open/Ready. We tried deleting it with work progress status as Open or Ready but getting the same error.

I've tried replicating it in our test environment and it works fine there.

did you click on "More - Undo Work Progress"?

If I see correctly on the right side, the work progress for this line-item is already with status 'started'. Maybe some technician is already working on that. Can you please check that ?

Yes, I already checked that SAP Note.

I've tried replicating the same in our test environment, with same ticket status as Work started and using the same item, it worked fine in our test and was able to delete the items.

Also, there's no assigned service technician yet.
