Item replacement

Hello,

is there a way to replacean item without finacail transaction?

for a sample a customer bought and payed with credit card for an item,

after the trasaction finished the customer wants to replace the item with a different one in the same price

Hello Nir,

If the receipt is already posted and paid, it is not possible to replace the item.

What you can do is return the receipt and add the new sales item.
