Item of Interest - Use within Segmentation

Hi all,

Within the Segmentation Modelling app, is there a way of targeting Contacts based upon the amount of times they have interacted with a particular Item of Interest? What we're trying to do is Segment on those that have been particularly active in regards to one of the Interests we have defined.

Hi Bradley,

in the Segmentation Object of Contacts (SAP_CONTACT_ENGAGEMENT_SIN) you can go to the Data Source "SAP_CONTACT_IA_SCORING" and add there the Attribute "COUNT_OF_INTERACTION" as visible and "INTEREST_ITEM" as Dimension.

Now you should be able to select the Attribute "Count of Interactions" and choose as Condition "Item of Interest" in the Contact-based Segmentation.
