Hi Expert,
How to maintain IT Contact as admin?
Based on this KBA:
https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/public/en/2563147. If the user has access to Business Users and Incidents work center view, then it will be marked as admin. But it not working as mentioned in the KBA.
Can anyone help on this?

Request clarification before answering.
You can assign or create contact assignment of existing Admin user. please follow the below steps.
Go to Service Control work center -> Click on hyper link 'Active Contacts' -> Click on 'Create Contacts Assignment' -> Contact Type: IT Contact -> Assign to Contact : who is admin user -> Send changes and close.
