Hi all,
I have issues opening .msg attachment in c4c tickets - interactions.
We have the email channel configured, so that inbound email communication create tickets. I maintained "application/vnd.ms-outlook" as MIME type (without compressing or indexable) so that emails with a msg-attachment are processes in C4C. But, if I want to open the msg attachmen in the mail (ticket - interaction - click on the msg attachment file that now is named "noname.msg"), it is donwloaded and I cannot open it. Error message in outlook says "no permission or the file is already open". However, was is suspicious is that the msg file after processed in C4C is smaller (eg. 83 KB) than the original msg file (140 KB). It seems that after processing of C4C the msg file is damaged - I'm not sure.
Does someone experience the same issue? How to solve this?
