Issue with Incoming Payload in C4C

Hello Experts,

Our Scenario: Replication of contracts from ECC to C4C via CPI

Sender: IDOC(COD_CONTRACT_CREATEFROM_DAT01) , Receiver : SOAP

ECC Side:

IDOC successfully triggered and we maintained our Logical system as C4C communication arrangements- My system(0Mxxxxx)

In CPI the message is successfully completed and getting payload

In C4C ..when I check in Web Service Message Monitoring

I am getting the following errors

Multiple business instances detected for logical system E1DXXXXXX

In Communication Systems we Created 2 CS(Example: ABC100 and ABC110),

Then we deactivated one system and again triggered the IDOC,

Now we are getting the below error,

Error Text: Error while processing inbound third party communication

Exception: Error in message header mapping; agent class is CL

We even went through this blog and checked …but we are still facing the problem

Hello,

I got this issue in the past. You can try to change the the shemeID for LocalSystemID or CommunicationSystemID depending of what you got right now.

My Receiver ID in payload is same as C4C (Communication Arrangements my System ID)

we even checked the blog that you posted...all are correctly done...

can you please provide with any other alternative options

Hello,

The error related to "Error in message header mapping; agent class is CL" is a known issue. It occurs when your receiving payload contains incorrect reciever ID. So might need to validate it.
