Issue with CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_FULL Extraction from Sap ERP gray out

Hi Experts,

We have setup SLT to replicate the Data from ECC to yMKT. The SLT setup was successful. Then with the help of Tcode: SE38 and Report "CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_FULL" we tried to replicate the Customers and Contacts data from ECC to yMKT.

Issue: Contacts Data got replicated from ECC to CRM successfully, Can able to View.

But Customer data was not got replicated. Surprisingly Corporate Accounts Field is grayout(Screen shot was attached).

Can you please suggest where we went wrong.

Hello Hemanth,

as the corporate accounts field is grayed out:

Could you check the 'Data Source for Corporate Account' defined in customizing in your system?

(SAP Marketing -> Contacts and Profiles -> Interaction Contacts -> Corporate Account).

The report check box for corporate accounts is only supposed to be editable, if 'Interaction Contact (Editable)' is chosen as data source for corporate account. In case the value is different to 'Interaction Contact (Editable)' in your system and you consider to change it: Please read carefully the help text assigned to the customizing activity prior to actually changing the value.

Both Links are irrelevant to the Issue. My Issue is related to Customers. The Link is about Transactions.

Can you suggest some thing, if you face similar kind of issue.

I have check total Google for this Issue.
