Hi Experts,

is it possible to use multiple services in a single communication scenario in C4C.

As we have limitation to external web services consumption in c4c( Max 15).

I have attached the screen shot .. as per requirement.. we need to use two services in single csd.

If possible how ?

Any leads will be appreciated.

Thanks

Iqbal

Dear Mohammad,

Hope you are doing well.

You question is in relation to the CSD limit and basically what to do now that the limit has been exceeded.

You should be able to add multiple services to the CSD definition when you open the file in the "In Development" solution. When you have added these services and then Saved / Activated the CSD file, you will be able to avail of the Service.

.

Communication Scenario:

In a communication scenario, you can define a set of inbound and outbound services for a business process. Inbound services are Web services that you have created based on an SAP or custom business object, or Web services provided by SAP. Outbound services are external Web services that you have integrated into your solution. Based on a communication scenario, a customer can create a communication arrangement in SAP’s cloud solution to exchange business documents electronically.

.

Note: You can view the services added also in the Administrator work center -> Communication Arrangements -> <CustomArrangement>.

Hope this helps. You should check out the SAP Cloud Application Studio help documentation for more information on this topic! 😊. Please mark this question as answered following success.

Kind regards,
