Issue with Communication Scenario from ECC to C4C for contract replication and vice versa

Hello Experts,

We are working on a scenario “Replication of contracts from ECC to C4C(Bi-directional)”

Contract created in ECC needs to be replicated in C4C & Contract Updated in C4C needs to be replicated in ECC

In Replication of Contracts from ECC to C4C(standard iflow)

Sender: IDOC, Receiver: SOAP

In C4C, we have a Communication system defined,

While coming to communication arrangements in C4C, we are not able to find a Communication Scenario for Contracts.

We need both Inbound & Outbound Communication

ADMINISTRATOR->General Settings->Integration->Communication Scenario

In this we are creating a communication scenario

In ADD OPERATIONS, we are getting following Available operations for Contracts

Can you please suggest us what operation do we need to use from the above or Do we need to create any Custom Communication Scenario and use it in Communication arrangements?

Any leads will be appreciated.

Thanks

Vinay

Please check if this is scoped Do you want to replicate contracts between your cloud solution and external application?

Path in Business configuration is below :

Communication and Information Exchange --> Integration with External Applications and Solutions --> Integration into Sales, Service, and Marketing Processes

Now in the communication arrangements , when creating , you should see the scenario below

Contract Replication from and to SAP Business Suite

vinaykumardigaveedi , i couldn't think of other options which can prevent the visibility of communication scenario other than scoping , You may try to descope , Save and sCope it gain to see if its reflecting , If that's still missing , you can report an incident to SAP Support so that they can check in your system and advsie.
