Issue With Billing Plan , Pricing is not calculated Successfully

Hello Experts,

Our Scenario: We are replicating Contracts from ECC to C4C along with Pricing.

In C4C, Contracts from ECC are replicated in Sales Quote WorkCentre.

At Item level in C4C, we have a Billing Plan Tab where we add Billing plan (Default or New), This Billing Plan should be replicated to ECC and that Particular Contract needs to be Updated in ECC.

ISSUE: When I click on default, I am facing this error “SAVE failed & Pricing is not calculated successfully”

Can anyone guide me to Solve this issuecapture.png

As you might be knowing, Organizational units have some validity period and system would trigger the said error if this is not set properly. Probably, what you can do is pre-date the validity period of the existing Organizational Unit and create a new one. If you feel that this is perfect, then, please compare the ECC and C4C configurations as recommended in this blog. It seems, some settings are missing.

We have 2 Scenarios here

1) Sales Quote of type Sales Contract when created in C4C, and pricing is requested from ECC, it is working fine .

2) The Contracts Created in ECC when Sent to C4C & In the Billing plan tab when we click on default the error occurs.

Any other possibility of the occurrence of this error?
