Issue with Batch Number/ Serial Number

Hello,

We are facing an issue in multiple accounts regarding issuing (batch number/serial number) items from SAP BYD to CCO as there are nothing to configure in CCO while using it with CCO unlike SAP B1 with CCO.

Can you please help?

Hello,

Batch number/serial number is not supported together with SAP ByDesign.
Batch number/serial number is only supported with SAP BusinessOne.

It is currently not supported with SAP ByDesign.
