issue on Quote pdf C4C sales cloud

Our customer found an issue on pdf , I added 7 products in the product list of quote , if the first roduct was deleted in the quote, the sequence number in pdf starts from 2 : see line number 2 (after I removed the first product; line number in pdf is not updated accordingly

If add a new product into quote; this product will take the first line number in pdf see line number 8

I checked with our developer; we did not do any customization on pdf ;

Could SAP expert help us ?

Hi lisazh,

this works as designed. It is not specific to PDF forms, line numbers will always be increased in the quote UI as well and not adjusted after deleting. You can however manually edit the line numbers.
