Issue in SAP marketing cloud customer attribute in segmentation app

Hello Every one

I was able to use marketing attributes of C4C in SAP Marketing cloud in Segmentation app..

my question is : after pushing marketing attributes in C4C to SAP Marketing Cloud ( standard I flow), I was able to configure attributes in segmentation app. yet, newly created attributes were replicating successfully to SAP marketing cloud but cannot view them in the segmentation app. thanks to advise

Hello

Marketing Attributes are not visible in segmentation by default. You need to go to "Segmentation and campaign configuration" --> "Segmentation Objects and Attributes" and there enable "Marketing Attribute" as visible:

could you maybe elaborate a little more on that? Which steps did you do?

The scenario consists of two iFlows:

In the first step you use the "Replicate Business Attribute Set to SAP Marketing" iFlow to create the marketing attribute categories.

After they got created in MC, you could use the "Replicate Business Attribute Assignment to SAP Marketing" iFlow to add values for them on contact level.

In segmentation app, the values are only visible if a Contact has already these category values assigned.
