In CCOS Article we have set Unit of measurement as “Qty”.
But while integrating receipt data to SAP Business one system showing error as follows: Conversion failed when converting the varchar value "Qty" to data type int. If we change unit of measurement to any integer number then system works correctly, But as per requirement we have to set UOM as “Qty”.
How to resolve this issue???
Is there is any setting required in CCOS????
We have tried following setting in field FIELD MAPPING :
Local field name : QUANTITY_TYPE_CODE
Local field value : *
Description : Qty
Target field name : BaseUnitOfMeasureCode
Target field value : 1

Hi Swapnil,
In Standard SAP Customer checkout behaves different from the behavior of SAP Business One if in an article the field “Item per Sales Unit” is an entry not equal to 1. Check if SAP Note 2443340 (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2443340) helps you.
