Hello,
I would like to now whether Whatsapp Api is integratable into C4C? Which business solution provider should I preferably use?
In the following blog it is sad that I'd need to use Infobip:
https://blogs.sap.com/2019/12/11/sap-c4c-service-cloud-whatsapp-integration/
Could i also use another business solution provider?
Thank you very much for your answer in advance!
Kind regards
Julian

Hi Julian, you can also use Sinch Contact Pro (former SAP Contact Center) + Sinch Communication API. More info here: https://docs.cc.sinch.com/cloud/system-configurator/en/oxy_ex-1/common/tuc1620131417032.html

Hi,
You can use any service provider to connect WhatsApp with C4C because C4C donot offers out of the box connectivity with whatsapp.

yes, exactly...You can use any business/service provider for whatsapp integration with C4C but the entire scenario has to be built from scratch.
BTW...SAP also has partnered with Commbox( See https://www.commbox.io/commbox-to-empower-sap-c4c-solution-to-become-fully-omnichannel-customer-comm... as well as https://youtu.be/O2m0bG9jZgg ) which can really speedup the implementation as well as support from SAP. With commbox you can integrate whatsapp, phonecall or chat support right within C4C as native solution.
