Hello Experts,
We are in a discussion to upgrade an existing SAP IS-U/SAP ECC to S/4 HANA 1909 version for one of our business customers. In their case, they are using front end as CIC0 and no SAP CRM or any other front end tool exists hitherto.
Since, they have FOPs in a very good amount, standard as well as custom ones, so we are exploring the way to use these FOPs using Customer Management in S/4 HANA as going further they (business customers) would like to use Customer Management based Interaction Center as their front end.
My current understanding says, we can use transaction launcher in CM IC screen via calling transaction ISU_FOP but will that be sufficient enough to fulfill this approach or is there something else that I need to consider, request your suggestion that respective steps are required to followed!
Also, could you help me understand on how to execute/test a created FOP in S/4 HANA 1909 system please?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Jai,
yes, you can use transaction launcher in CM IC screen to call Front Office Processes.
About One-Click-Action on the BOLTREE nodes you can implement Front Office Processes.
In the cookbook "Cookbook
Best Practice for SAP S/4HANA Utilities for customer engagement 19092 at chapter 7.6 "Adding Front Office Processes as Quick Action" you will find further information to implement Front Office Processes in S/4 HANA Customer Management.
The cookbook is available about link.

Gabriele
