Is there any standard integration flow available from SAP Emarsys to S/4HANA

Hello Expert,

I would like to know whether is there any integration available from SAP Emarsys to S/4 HANA to send Contacts.

I know that there is an integration flow from SAP S/4 HANA to Emarsys that is available to send Contact and product data.

Requirement - Customer would like to know how we can transfer Contact data from SAP Emarsys to S/4 HANA.

There are 2 ways to handle this in custom way -

1. Using SAP CDP, you can bring data using APIs to CDP and then orchestrate further.
2. Or you can integrate using a middleware such as SAP BTP tool using the iFlows.

Hi Nikhil,

As far as I know, we don't have any standard Integration flow to replicate Contacts from Emarsys to S4HANA, but based on your requirement, you can either use Webhooks to push certain contacts with the required fields or export whole contact list as a whole or we can use the Contact API to fetch the contact information from Emarsys to S4HANA.Hope this helps.
