Is there any flag which decides if the mobile number is verified or not?

Hi @grohitg238 

You may check the isVerified, verifiedTimestamp, verified fields on the customer profile to see if the phone number is verified or not. 

Please see the below screenshot taken from the Identity Query Tool in the Console.
