Is there a way to upload a image from store front? Are there any similar use cases in any other module?

Hi @

OOTB its not there, you have to customize your comment section by providing an option to upload image.

to do this you have to add attribute of media type in your items.xml and then write converter and populator and then tack care of front end to display the media upload field in the comment section.

You can use the smartedit. There you can upload/change the image from frontend.
