Is there a way to override platform-related jars with a custom extension-defined jar?

We are encountering an issue in SAP Commerce 2211.28 where the platform jar is taking precedence over the jar defined in our custom extension. Although our custom extension includes the latest version of the jar, at runtime, the older version from the platform core library is being used.

Is there a way to ensure that the jar from our custom extension takes priority over the platform's version? Any solutions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The classloading order in SAP Commerce is influenced by the extension dependency hierarchy. By adjusting the dependencies, you can influence which classes are loaded first.

Modify extensioninfo.xml in Your Custom Extension:
Add a dependency on the platform extension that contains the conflicting JAR. This can sometimes reverse the classloading order.
