Is there a way to auto create Installment Plan Letter in SAP Service Cloud v2

Could you please help me with the steps to auto create Installment Plan Letter in SAP Service Cloud V2 once installment plan is created in v2.

Hi @Syed_Muheeed,

You can try below steps:-

1. Settings > Output Management > Maintain Main Template >> Create+Design Template

• Upload a pre-designed Installment Plan Letter Template using template designer.
• Map fields such as Customer Name, Plan Details, Payment Schedule etc.

2. Setupt the Business Flow in the setting.

3. Configure the Settings >> Email > Channels

4. You can now do the Contract Account > Create Installment Plan
