Hi Gurus,
We would like to know if there is anyway we could create our own CDT like softphone. Is this possible? are there any documentation we can refer to?

Hi Sergio,
Yes, this is possible. There are two main options you can use: 1) ClientCom interface and 2) ECF (Embedded Communication Framework).
