Is there a standard OVS in C4C that shows employees with a license (Counted User)?

Hi,

It is required to list in a Custom BO the employees that have a license (Counted User), is there any standard OVS that can be used? To which field of the Business Partner corresponds the check "Counted User"? If there is no such standard OVS, I would like to create it.

Hi Diana

There are none available for SDKuse.

So for your requirement, you would need to create a custom ovs on this principle.

the field "Counted User" refers to if the Employe has a licensed user id (business user assigned), basically this translates to the Employee->Assigned Identity association. If an instance exists in "Assigned Identity" then it means the Employee is a Counted User.
