Is there a possibility to award free items in a promotion scenario in SAP Customer Checkout?

Hello,

For promotion I want to give away free items when the customer has bought something. Would the following scenarios be possible with SAP Customer Checkout?

- A customer buys an item from a specific type or group, is it possible to give away another item from that type or group for free?

- A customer buys an item from the store (any item), is it possible to give away another one (any item) for free?

Hello,

With SAP Customer Checkout and SAP BusinessOne integration we support the scenario
buy 2 get 1 free and maximum 5 Free.
However this applies to the same article and not different articles.

Using Coupon Management of SAP Customer Checkout manager, you can define discount rules like 5% or 5 Euro Receipt Discount, or Give the most expensive or least expensive article for free or 50% discount,

However the exact scenario as defined Buy Item A and Get Item B free is not supported in standard solution. PlugIns can be built to extend the solution though.
