We have seen customers use 100 thousand to 120 thousand rules that have been uploaded and activated successfully.

Further to the question about the limit on number of rules, there is no specific number that can be derived. As far as I know, there is no hard limit set by Business Rule Framework that is used in the Routing Rule table. However, the limit of number of rules are influenced by the content of individual cells in the rules, which is different for each customer and conditions.

Hi Leh,

Did you have a number in mind?

You can really add a lot! I would advise you to set them up in a clever way in a combination with your activity plans and use the conditions. Besides document them well for maintenance and support reasons. So in case of any issues you can easily find the routing rule that is causing it.
