Is there a FAQ Module in SAP Sales Cloud (SAP CRM) where i can provide FAQs on my website?!

Hello, we are currently using Oracle Service Cloud to manage our FAQs and we have integrated these FAQs via API to display them on our webpage..

Does SAP Cloud have a similar Module, and is it included in SAP Sales, or Marketing Cloud?

I think MS Dynamics has a Knowledgebase with FAQ functionality included in Dynamics Sales Module.
