Hi experts,
we are sending broadcasts to customer with ticket data.
As the internal communication is through the service employees, but the broadcasts are managed by IT (its in the admin / report area) we want to give the service colleague transparency what broadcats are maintained in the system and send out to whom.
We thought about a broadcast to our internal service colleagues showing the respective broadcast information.
However, I did not find a broadcast datasource in the Service / Sales Cloud.
If I just authorize the service colleagues to the report, that is send out, the information is missing to whom the report is send by email...
Do you have tips? Or alternative workaround solutions?
