Is the Telco & Media Accelerator available in v1808

I am starting a new project and would like to utilize the Telco & Media Accelerator. I can find information on it on Help for version 6.7 (https://help.hybris.com/6.7.0/hcd/8af76e0086691014b65a94b19f679088.html) however when I switch to v1808 I get the default Welcome page (https://help.hybris.com/1808/hcd/8c39af1286691014b2daed4f092998ca.html). Historically this means that the requested feature is not supported in the selected version.
There are notes on some of the pages that the feature is available in v1805.
Need more details?

v1808 doesn't support the Telco & Media Accelerator yet.
Check "Industry Accelerator Compatibility Matrix" to see the Hybris versions needed for the acclerators: https://help.hybris.com/1808/hcd/7911221193054b4282938788669c5ed1.html
