Hi all,
I have configure the necessary columns to be visible on ticket query layout. And assigned the query layout to relevant ticket type.
Inside the adaptation mode I can see all the columns I need but when I log in as a user to see the query list view, I can see all the unnecessary columns appear . All the unnecessary columns come from master layout.

The above screenshot shows all the columns I need and has been done through adaptation mode.
The below screenshot shows all the columns on the query master layout on user login.

Is that possible to customize the list view and show the columns that I need on user login?
Request clarification before answering.
