When a prospect is becoming a customer we create a new account in C4C and then we merge the prospect with the customer.
Unfortunetly, the visits from the prospect are not transferred to the new customer ID.
Is there a way to do this?

When you say "merge" you do refer to the Merge functionality in C4C, right?
If yes, then the behaviour you are facing is not correct. After merge, transactional data with status open/in process (about these am sure, not sure about completed/closed activities) is assigned to the Master record (the customer in your case).
Else check the result log and see if there might be specific settings that are preventing this from happening. (for e.g. the Account field is set as read only in the Visit). If that is not it, you should create an incident.
