Is it possible to offer delivery at a customer's house based on Zip Code?

Hi,

I would like to offer delivery at home for certain locations only on our website. For instance,a customer would enter his Zip Code and according to his area, the website would offer delivery or not.

How could we do this using Hybris Order Management and/ or Hybris B2C commerce?

Any idea on how much it could cost to implement this and how much time it would take to do so?
