Is it possible to have a pricing synchronization on Products?

Dear experts,
we have a SAP C4C platform integrated with SAP ECC. Pricing is managed only in SAP ECC, so in C4C Sales Orders users need to synchronize to have the correct item pricing.

Now, we're requested to provide also the same information in Product workcenter. Users who don't create orders would like to have visibility of the pricing for Products. Master system for materials is still SAP ECC, and when materials migrate we can see in their IDocs that pricing structure is there. However, in C4C there is no place to store that information and it is currently missed.

There could be two ways to meet this requirement:
1) Give the user the possibility to synchronize pricing from the Product (so, no pricing stored in C4C)
2) Manage in someway the product pricing coming from SAP ECC (storing the information in C4C)

We are open to ideas, how do you suggest to manage this case?

Hello Valentina,

In the Business Configuration->Fine-tune activity for e.g. 'Sales Quote'->open this activity->Click on hyperlink 'Maintain Document Type'->
For the Z-document type , you can configure setting to have 'External Pricing' determination by checking the external pricing option.

Result, if you created quote of that Z-document Quote type , the pricing will NOT be determine from C4C pricing master data but base on external system.

Hi Ankush, thank for your answer but we're not interested in having price for document types (we already have it for Sales Orders, managed as you said). We'd like to have the same procedure in workcenter "Products", because the requirement is to see the price for every product without creating any sales document.
