Is it possible to get free access to Dynatrace University with the CCV2 subscription?

Our application is hosted on Cloud Portal, and I have DEVELOPER access. This includes (limited) access to Dynatrace.

I want to learn more about using Dynatrace. Is it possible to get free access to Dynatrace University with this?

Also, are there other materials that you would recommend?
