We would like to export employee replication request errors with the logs so we can filter and categorize the errors.
Is there a standard way or a work around to export these in the desired format file like csv, excel, xml?
Request clarification before answering.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to export the EmployeeReplicationRequest Logs from staging area. However if they are all failed against one background job execution, you can export the employee number and error from the export option available under the finished background job entry. Administrator => Background Jobs => All Jobs run in last week => Employee Master Data Replication Request Processing Run
I suggest you to upgrade to the new Employee Replication service which works without staging area. So if there is a failure, the webservice message itself will fail and you can use the export option available in the monitor to get the error details
