Hi all,

is it possible to embed a C4C report in the C4C service ticket master layout screen?

Eventually via a mashup?

First you need a report with your account id and the industry (like the based on the Account Details report). Then in the service ticket open the adaption mode and e.g. start in your overview screen, click on the customer section and then drill 'up' to the overview where you can press the add button and see embedded reports as one of the options. (see print screen). In the pop up that appears you select your report and you select the account and the ui field customer in the lower level, also select the customer as filter.

Result: When you open the ticket in the embedded report section the industry appears for the account in the ticket. As the embedded report section that has become visible is quite big you might decided to display it closed and move it to the top of the overview screen, so that the users can open it when needed. Otherwise if always open - it is better to leave it at the bottom of the screen.

Thanks Saurabh! With the youtube video its very simple to understand. 🙂

One more question:

Is it possible (as shown in the account Master layout) to move the embedded report in the ticket layout to the grid layout in the column to the right? (above category) See screenshots, I couldn't do that because, I just see the add embedded report-button one level above in the overview. But from the I couldnt move it to the column section. If I use the move-button, I just can move it to another tab (like feed / interaction etc.).

I think as of now we can't add a new embedded report to the Grid layout because SAP only supports 2 column grid for now.

Further to the newly added section to the grid, you cannot add a new report because not all panes are having an anchor to add embedded reports. Therefore I think you need to add the report to the overview section.

Hi Deborah,

In the various ticket tabs (Overview, Activities, Items, Related Items, Services) you can add an embedded report. In sections e.g. Customer in the overview tab you can add a mash up.
