We are using the SAP Cloud for Customer Outlook plug-in to sync the Outlook and C4C calendar. When you have created an agenda item in Outlook and want to sync this to C4C, you have to fill in a reference (which customer are you visiting). In this screen it is also possible to create a new customer or prospect.
We want to disable the functionality to create a new customer, because we don't want that sales people can create new customers in C4C. Is there a possibility to enable this in the plugin or in C4C?

It's already possbile to disable customer creation. In the business role you have disable under "fields and actions" , the business actions restrictions from "GW_ACC_CREATE" . I have attache a screen shot.
