Hi,

This is possible with the Data API. Please note that if those types are removed, and there are service calls in the system which are using these types, this might cause unexpected behaviours. Therefore it is not recommended.

However, it is possible to hide those elements by making UI Permissions invisible for servicecallorigin, servicecallstatus.
