Is it possible to Create Multi Valued List type Custom Field in SAP Marketing Cloud ?

Hi Expert ,

I have a requirement where the end user wanted to have a custom field in the Corporate Accounts "Additional Data" with list values and he should be able to select multiple values. I have checked all available data types in mkt cloud but could not find it .

Any ideas !!

Hi Rashmi,

Currently, you can create a Custom Field of type Code List, where you can maintain the list values.

However, when you use the custom field, you can choose only single value from the list. Multiple values select is not supported.

Is there any custom solution by which i can have a drop down field created on the Account Screen and can select multiple values direct in marketing cloud .

Hi Rashmi,

No. Currently, it is not possible to enable the drop down to select multiple values, only one value can be chosen.
