Is it possible to create an ECC service request from C4C service ticket?

Can a C4C ticket create an ECC service request?

Dear Ashish Gupta,

Please refer the below mentioned blog. Yes you can create a service request, but you have to use BADI (BADI_COD_ERP_SERVICE_CONF method MAP_SD) and create a document of your choice.

This is a snapshot of QSG, but there is no mention of creating a service request in ECC.

Can you please confirm which part of document talks about that.
