Is it possible to block Visits from C4C to Outlook, but appointments should flow to Outlook

Dear Experts,

Is it possible to block the Visits flow from C4C to Outlook? But Appointments should flow to Outlook.

As per business requirement only Appointments need to flow to Outlook, they don't want to send Visit to Outlook.

Please suggest your views.

Visit is also an appointment and because of this , I doubt the disabling of functionality of sync from C4C to outlook.

Nevertheless you might try checking access restrictions for business role --> Fields & Actions tab by restricting the flow of

GW_APPT_DOWNLOAD and GW_VISIT_CREATE (Create from E-Mail Add-In)
