Is it possible to add fields in custom webservice response

I have a custom Bo and i created webservice on that and given WSDL to PI Team and they are creating records on our custom object, and the system is sending response with ID which got created which is an alternative Key in the Custom Object,

Is it possible to add few other fields from custom object to webservice response in C4C?

You will have to add the fields to the correct extension scenario via KUT.
