Hello Experts,

Is it possible to add a new line item in total price section of quote automatically?

The original requirement from customer is, for a specific country, they would like to add a tax line item for all the products. Currently, they have to add them manually.

Please let me know if any solutions, thanks in advance.

Assuming you have C4C integrated with ERP. The total pricing in C4C quote/order can be calculated automatically by external pricing from ERP.

In a quote when the user requests/simulates external pricing, the response includes all the pricing conditions (price component, tax component, discounts) and respective component values associated with the pricing procedure. So the line items what you need can be added manually, or via ERP external pricing.

It basically means the pricing components supported in ERP will be automatically available in C4C after proper configuration and enabling external pricing.

Thanks for your quick reply, actually there is no ERP integrated with C4C...

Customer's requirement is a line item in total pricing can be added automatically based on selected certain fields, e.g. country or sales org. Currently, they can add this line item manually, but I am not sure if this can be achieved automatically.
