Is it possible set up CTI in Sales & Service with Skype?

Dear SAP community,

My team and I try to connect Skype with C4C for inbound and outbound calling. Some expert knows or had had experience in this?

Hi Adrian,

Could you please take a look at the blog post regarding configuring CTI screen pops for the CTI Adapter? It seems that one of our customer's architects has successfully deployed the Skype integration as you mentioned.
