Is it possible in Contact R.H to enter the telephone number and a telephone extension?
Is the ask hr knowledge base currently usable from mobile?

You registered your question as a C4C Service question - And I guess this should be a SAP Success Factors question.
Nevertheless with regards to your first question - when ever the employees master data is well maintained (phone number etc.) it is to be expected that this information is registered also in the ticket that is created. If you don't see this field check the adaption mode. Other wise a success factors expert can explain if in the Ask HR screen the field can be added and how it is done.
With regards to your second question, the availability on of the HR knowledge base on a mobile device, I advise you if it is/was not to check the release notes of Success Factors.
