Is it possible to check from HMC/HAC or any model that the system update is done or not and what is th last time we did the system update.

You can query from HAC as a direct sql query.

select * from SYSTEMSETUPAUDIT -> System Initialization Date.

select * from SYSTEMINIT -> when the system is last initiallized or updated
