Is Hybris a Fiori app?

Hello. We are upgrading to the latest version of Hybris for our ecommerce web site. I am a designer tasked with creating new UI functionality for our site. I would like to know what library of components and patterns Hybris uses for its customer-facing front end. Is it a Fiori app that uses the Fiori design guidelines as documented here? -- https://experience.sap.com/fiori-design/

If not, what UI framework does Hybris use and where is that documented?
