Is Context Driven Service available to Commerce OnPrem B2B?

We are on Commerce 1905 B2B OnPrem and want to know if Context Driven Services is available for us. Our SAP technology consultant was not sure and the answer from the account manager for the trial access is taking long time so I wonder if that is at all possible for OnPrem.

It would be great if someone can share some info. Thank you!

Thanks. I don't find any reference to Onprem on any CDS documentation so I assumed there was no difference, but our SAP technology consultant mentioned it might be available but maybe not possible to develop on it for an OnPrem.
