Is COD_SERVICE_CONFIRMATION supported to create sales order without CO ?

Hello Experts,

I am new to C4C, currently we are doing the integration between C4C and SAP ECC and we are facing issue when posting the IDOC ( COD_SERVICE_CONFIRMATION ). SAP ECC raised up a lot of errors, like :

Acct assignment determination is not poss.in the account assgnmnt manager

Technical key is missing for determination of Controlling object

Acct assignment determination is not poss.in the account assgnmnt manager

Is it due to SAP ECC missing the correct customization ? Please advise, thank you !
