Hi,
Is there a way to filter Irrelevant or Obsolete tickets in C4C Reporting? The requirement is to generate a report for all Email cases received in C4C, however using "All Tickets with All Interactions" data source there is no field that I can use as a filter to exclude all Irrelevant tickets. Appreciate if anyone can provide some idea.

The field to filter it is named "classification". See KBA:

Hi Dipesh,
You can try to create a join with standard "Ticket Data Source" to get ClasssificationCode in your joined data source. Then you can just exclude all the irrelavant tickets while building report with the help of selection.
