Involved parties of emails in SAP C4C- Event step for sender party role?

Hello Expert,

Sender party will be determined through the event, Current user, and business partner relationship in Email activity as per the standard maintain determination (attached screenshot). When will the determination step 5 event will be true ?

This is related to groupware integration. If an e-mail is generated via outlook integration, the sender is defined by this event.
